Groups, Workshops, Venues and Special Events

Above and Beyond Day Spa (and Massage Outcall Service) since 2003 has been coordinating with groups at such gatherings as retreats, family or school reunions, wedding parties, bridal showers, workshops or conferences.

The management and sales staff of Above and Beyond has worked with local hotels in reference to events at their conference centers. Above and Beyond has experience with the bed and breakfast reservation agencies and with independent bed and breakfast property owners.

Additionally, Above and Beyond has been part of events such as the 2009 Pioneer Opportunity Party Showcase (or POPS event) at the Pioneer Memorial Museum grounds, which featured it as the only spa in a line-up of caterers, photographers, florists, musicians and other party contractors.

The spa therapists were also giving chair massages at the Baron’s Creekside Resort at a 2009 Chamber of Commerce “Fun After Five” promotion for local business owners in which restaurants and other merchants were showcased.

Please call in advance to make arrangements for your group or gathering, to allow time to ensure access to the number of therapists your group or event warrants. The management of Above and Beyond is dedicated to providing jobs for area massage therapists, but some of our ladies live in the small towns surrounding Fredericksburg and must be called in for large groups. Some of our therapists are working part time in order to care for elderly parents or children, so let us know in time so they can arrange daycare.

As a member of the Fredericksburg Chamber of Commerce and established massage outcall service, Above and Beyond Day Spa is allowed access to many local buildings and businesses, but may also need to pick up keys to the facility or make other arrangements for bringing in equipment or getting gate codes.

The massage therapy staff of ten Licensed Massage Therapists, registered by the Texas Department of Health, will appreciate the chance to give your group the benefit of outcall chair massages or reflexology treatments (foot massages) or table massages and facial massages as the situation and facilities warrant. Some treatments do not travel well and are not offered as outcalls, such as hot stone massage, wraps and scrubs, and manicure/pedicure salon treatments.

In addition to outcalls, a member of our sales staff will be happy to help you set up treatments and billing for your special event or large group. The more advance notice she has, the more likely you will be to get exactly what you and your friends and family are seeking in a spa day.

Our sales staff is experienced at booking services for individuals, couples, groups of friends and large parties for events. They will work with you to ensure you and your loved ones or friends have the services that fit the timetable of your function or visit.
